Pop Up Events

Book a session at one of our open to the public event locations, or just walk up and pay on the day if spaces are left. Check out times and availability on the booking form. Only £10 per person OR £60 if you want to book out the session for your own private group of up to 8 people. Please note, these sessions are available for bathers aged 16 years and over only.

What should I wear in the sauna?

Bring swimwear for in the sauna and tubs.

What do I need to bring?

Bring flip-flops or sliders if you have them. The cold tub area is on artificial grass but can get slippy.
Two towels. One smaller one to sit on in the sauna and another to dry off with after. Dry robes or dressing gowns are ideal too but not essential.
Bring a water bottle. Keeping hydrated during your session is important. Refilling will be available on site.

Are there changing and storage facilities?

There is a small changing space in the entrance of the sauna with pegs to hang towels/ robes but it is best to be changed beforehand.
Thongsbridge CC will have the clubhouse open when the sauna is running and there is a bathroom that may be used by individuals to change if needed.

Is there car parking?

Yes. There is space to park close to the sauna site and clubhouse just by the practice nets.

What should I be aware of?

You must not be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is inebriated.
Avoid bringing metal items into the sauna as it gets very hot.
Caution is advised for anyone who has suffered any heart conditions in the past.
